Stephen Turner Inc. has been approved as a qualified vendor for the new Rhode Island Master Price Agreement (MPA-488) to provide Energy Management Consulting services for state and municipal schools & public buildings.
This MPA will allow public agencies to easily procure energy management and master planning services on an as-needed basis to address substantial energy efficiency opportunities pertaining to HVAC, lighting, and building enclosure systems.

Stephen Turner Inc. has invested in new self-optimizing zone thermostats for the office to improve employee thermal comfort while reducing the company’s energy use and carbon footprint. Christopher Armstrong participates in leadership group development and review of public comment for version 3 of the Northeast Collaborative for High Performance Schools protocol (NE-CHPS v3.0). Compliance with NE-CHPS is required for most public school construction and renovation in Rhode Island.
